There are currently three formats of the book available. The text is generally the same in each version. The differences between the versions are the formatting, how you access them, and their purposes. Which version you use is up to you based on what you want to do with it.

VERSION 1 -  E-Book: (last updated September, 2011) This first version is available for $4.99 at Amazon.com. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B006PYOQZK

VERSION 2 - HTML: (last updated September, 2011) This second version is an online version and is accessible in HTML. This is the "working version" that reflects ongoing edits based on author review and reader feedback. It is possible that this version could change daily. This is also the version where you can leave your comments using Google Sidewiki.

VERSION 3 - PDF: (last updated September, 2011) This third version is a PDF document. This version is more stable and is updated periodically when a sufficient number of edits justify revision. The format of this version is consistent with what you would expect in a printed book. This version is appropriate if you simply want to read through the text, print it or share it with someone else. The PDF version is completed, including a Chapter on CIC and Education.
